Base App Unsupported Networks: How to Access Your Assets
Coinbase says several networks are no longer supported in Base App, but assets remain on-chain and can be accessed with a compatible wallet.

Coinbase’s Base App transition changed network support. Coinbase says networks including Dogecoin, Litecoin and zkSync Era are among those no longer supported in Base App after August 15, 2026. Assets are not deleted simply because the app stops displaying a network.
Why a balance can appear missing
A self-custody wallet is an interface to assets recorded on a blockchain. If an app removes native support for a network, the app may stop showing the balance even though the keys still control the assets on-chain.
How to regain access
Follow Coinbase’s official guidance and import the recovery phrase into a reputable wallet that supports the affected network. Verify the wallet application from its official source before entering a recovery phrase. Never type a seed phrase into a website or support chat.
Base mode and smart-account changes
Coinbase says upgrading to Base mode can enable Base account features such as sponsored fees and batched transactions without requiring users to transfer all assets to a new wallet. Read the upgrade prompts carefully and separately plan for assets on networks that Base App no longer supports.
